Evaluating BC’s 30 Point Plan – B. “Building the Homes People Need”

By Laurel Eyton and Mark McNaughton

Partner Organization: B.C. Non-profit Housing Association (BCNPHA)

This report is complementary to the report Evaluating BC’s 30 Point Plan – A. Developing a Framework. The project was to further develop the evaluation framework and apply it to a signification section of the plan, “Building the Homes People Need.” The research included a literature review of monitoring and evaluation plans from other jurisdictions; developing and applying qualitative and quantitative analysis; selecting public data for use as indicators. The report summarizes the findings in an outline of the progress to-date on implementation of this section of the provincial government’s housing plan.
