Homeless Shelter and Reaching Home

This report investigates the relationship between emergency shelters and housing policies, their strengths and shortcomings, in regard to people experiencing homelessness. I have conducted literature reviews, data analysis and semi-structured interviews with two community housing workers. The findings are discussed thematically followed by plausible recommendations.
