Students in SCARP’s PLAN 530 Affordable Housing Policy and Planning course complete housing research projects in partnership with local housing organizations and local governments. Topics are selected by partners and reflect a wide range of issues relevant to the current housing policy and delivery work of the partners. Topics include pathways into homeless among specific demographic segments, culturally-appropriate housing, tenant relocation policies, and methodologies for capturing current market rents in transit locations.
